SecTek was founded in 1992 with a simple operating thesis: a security company should be accountable to the customer the way the customer is accountable to its tenants, regulators, and patients. We have spent three decades proving that thesis with a portfolio that spans Class-A commercial buildings, federal facilities, hospital systems, data centers, and multifamily communities.

In 2008, the founders converted the company into an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Every full-time manager and operator at SecTek holds shares. When you call the duty manager at 2 a.m., you are talking to an owner — not a clock-puncher.
